Manager

Michelle Joined the Agency in 1996 as a care co-ordinator progressing to her current role as Manger.

Alongside the day to day running of the office she visits prospective clients, draws up care plans and also continues co-ordinating Clients on a smaller scale.

Prior to joining Able Care Michelle worked for 10yrs in Customers Services for Air UK.

Deputy Manager/Care Co-ordinator

Sandy joined the Agency in May 2017 as a care co-ordinator and Deputy Manager.
Prior to joining Able Care she was a support worker in a home for residents with Dementia and Alzheimer's.

Her experience also includes being satellite co-ordinator for Harlow Foodbank, a community worker supporting vulnerable adults, being a small business owner and Teaching Assistant for children with special needs.

Part-time Care Co-ordinator

Kim has been working as a care co-ordinator for 29 years.

She worked for 13 years as a care co-ordinator for Contact Care and joined our team when Contact Care was acquired by Able Care in 2005.

Kim as has also worked as a Doctors receptionist and ran a playgroup for a number of years.

Part-time Assessor

Sue joined the Agency in 2005 as an assessor. She carries out re-assessments of Clients and supervision of carers.

She trained as a Registered Nurse in 1976 and worked in Norfolk until 1982.
After a break bringing up her family and working in the family art business Sue returned to Nursing and worked as a Staff Nurse at a Nursing Home for the Elderly and then Caroline House, a Specialist Neurological Rehabilitation Unit in Norwich.

Part-time Recruitment

Shelley joined Able Care in 2014 and is responsible for the recruitment of our carers and caries out the interviews and induction as well as other administrative duties.

Prior to joining Able Care Shelley worked for Norfolk County Council for four years as a Support Worker in a Residential Home which specialised in those living with Dementia working to the Butterfly/Person Centred Approach.
